When you use Geminus.ai websites (the “Sites”), our AI driven, predictive intelligence hybrid modeling platform (the “Platform”) and in the usual course of business, such as in connection with our events, sales, and marketing activities (collectively, “Geminus Services”), we use standard automated data collection tools such as Cookies, Web Beacons, and other identifiers for the purposes described below.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are small data files stored in your browser by a website. They transmit information about your use of the site to its operator or to third parties that placed the cookie.  Some cookies are “session cookies” that expire when you close your browser, and others are “persistent cookies” that stay on your computer or mobile device until you delete them.

What are Web Beacons?

Web beacons (also known as web bugs, pixel tags or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier that may be included on our Sites and Geminus Services for several purposes, including to deliver or communicate with cookies, to track and measure the performance of our Sites and Geminus Services and to monitor how many visitors view our Sites. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the user’s hard drive, web beacons are typically embedded invisibly on web pages (or in an email).

How Geminus Uses Cookies

Our Sites and Platform use both session and persistent cookies to enable you to sign in and use the Geminus Services, store your preferences and settings within them; analyze how they perform, personalize your experience with that allow us to administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole and for other lawful purposes.  We may also use other tracking technologies for these purposes, such as web pixels that track browsing activity, social media widgets that facilitate interaction with social media platforms and unique device identifiers. In some cases, these cookies and other tracking technologies are used by third parties.
