Why Geminus

Climate change poses the biggest engineering challenge across industries in decades. To keep up, we need to do an industrial revolution’s worth of development in just a fraction of the time. Most industrial companies have turned to AI, but current solutions still take months or years to even begin addressing these problems. Geminus has taken a different approach to industrial AI, swapping purely data-driven techniques for the latest developments in computational science.

The Team

Geminus was built on math, science, and impatience. We’re passionate nerds racing against time to optimize the world and scale net-zero industrial solutions. Our team values collaborative problem-solving and scrappy creativity. We are driven, biased towards action, but leave our egos at the door. If you’re not afraid to follow your gut and fail fast, you’ll love working with us.

Benefits

Our employees are given the flexibility to determine their own schedules and work environments. Most of us work remote or hybrid, with the option to come in person to our Cambridge, MA or Sunnyvale, CA office. Geminus offers unlimited vacation and competitive health benefits. Salaries are market rate and include a stock option package.
