A lifelong nerd and seasoned executive, Greg has led some of the most innovative product initiatives in the industrial software world over the last 25+ years. He spearheaded the first commercial generative design tools using AI at Autodesk and created the most successful industrial analytics software tools at Fluent (later Ansys).

Karthik Duraisamy, Ph.D.

Karthik is a renowned expert in AI-augmented computational physics and a leading authority in the rapidly advancing field of scientific and engineering foundation models. Alongside his role at Geminus, he serves as the director of the Michigan Institute for Computational Discovery and Engineering at the University of Michigan, a globally recognized leader in computational science and engineering.

Alex Gorodetsky

Alex is a globally recognized innovator in developing cutting-edge algorithms for decision-making under uncertainty. His pioneering work spans uncertainty quantification, statistical inference, numerical analysis, and stochastic control, driving advancements in next-generation autonomous systems. With a PhD from MIT, a faculty position in the Aerospace Engineering Department at the University of Michigan, and his role as Chief AI Scientist at Geminus, Alex is at the forefront of transforming decision-making in complex, dynamic industrial systems.

Lee Johnson

Lee has 20+ years experience creating and delivering high-impact solutions for intelligent systems design and simulation to customers in energy, mobility, electronics, and industrial automation. He has led product and customer-facing organizations at companies such as Synopsys, Ansys and CyDesign Labs.

Chad Harkness

With 26+ years of experience in the energy sector, specifically in oil and gas, Chad is a passionate sales leader with expertise in implementing modern commercial operating models that enable outperformance. Chad was a senior executive at SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet. He redesigned sales and commercial processes, led key innovation initiatives around autonomous drilling, and developed corporate strategy to drive market-leading growth.
